Fazolin Cleaning Company doesn’t allow booking cancellation.
Please note that any cancellation of a booking will cost a $90 fixed fee.
Fazolin Cleaning Services™ may modify these Terms at any time. Those modified Terms will become effective immediately after Fazolin Cleaning Services™ posts them on the Website. Please review these Terms posted on the Website each time you access or use the Website so that you are aware of any modifications made to these Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you are not authorized to access or use the Website.
Extenuating Circumstances Policy
Canceling due to extenuating circumstances such as illness (includes COVID-19), accidents or serious family problems will require for you to attest facts and/or provide proper documentation for the extenuating circumstance(s). If an appointment has already begun and would like to cancel our cancellation fee will be applied.
Payments
As of 09/01/2020 Fazolin Cleaning Services™ ONLY accepts Credit Card as payment option.
There is a 3% service fee.
The following payment methods are accepted for past recurring clients (08/31/2020 prior):
Bank-to-bank transfers (ACH Deposit)/ Invoice
When a cleaning service is completed the payment is due within 72 hours (3 days). Client(s) in charge of payment must note:
Cost of paid parking that may added on date of booking.
Unpaid cleanings are considered a Violation of our payment policy. All unpaid cleanings are recorded on the client’s account.
If cleanings are not paid after 72 hours of the completed service, Fazolin Cleaning Services™ will start charging a 1% interest fee for each day after the 72 hour period.
Fazolin Cleaning Services™, Inc may, in its sole discretion, display only some of the services that it offers on the Website. You hereby acknowledge that the absence of a service name or logo on the Website does not constitute a waiver of Fazolin Cleaning Services™ Cleaning, Inc’s trademark or other intellectual property rights concerning any such name, or logo.
Except as expressly provided above, Fazolin Cleaning Services™, Inc is not granting you a license under any copyright, trademark, service mark, patent, or other intellectual property or proprietary right in any Content, and nothing in these Terms will be interpreted as conferring by implication, estoppel, or otherwise any license or right under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary, intellectual, or other right of Fazolin Cleaning Services™, Inc. or any third party. You obtain no rights in the services, processes, or technology described on this Website by accessing or using the Website. Fazolin Cleaning Services™, Inc. and any third party owners retain all of those rights.
